Final Commissioning Phase of Automated Warehouse System Underway at Haian Jintong

Haian Jintong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is proud to announce that the final commissioning phase of its state-of-the-art automated warehouse system is now in progress at our production base in Hai’an, Jiangsu.

The intelligent storage solution—designed to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and traceability—integrates high-density racking systems, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), smart pallet handling, and a real-time Warehouse Management System (WMS). In the latest on-site test, all critical components including vertical lifts, rail-guided shuttles, and barcode scanning modules successfully completed system integration checks.

This milestone marks the near-completion of the automated logistics infrastructure, which will support our high-volume production of pressure-sensitive label materials and ensure faster, more reliable order fulfillment to both domestic and international customers.

The entire project reflects our commitment to digital transformation and smart manufacturing. Once fully operational, the system will reduce manual intervention, increase storage capacity, and significantly shorten delivery lead times.
